College Station is and always will be a crossroads town. Its origins can be found in its location along the Houston and Texas Central Railway, providing a meeting point for those in search of community and higher education. Taking cues from this sense of import and a well-traveled alumni body, ALUM will represent a honed and curated hospitality experience that speaks to both the college’s present and future identity. The spaces will exude craft, attention to detail and honest materials, all grounded within the Texas vernacular. It will be residential and intimate, a place to gather and celebrate the A&M community. Aggie alumni will go off and travel the world, but they will always come home. ALUM will be the home that the alumni body has always deserved.
