What will be going on on gamedays?

Portions of the property will be catered on gamedays. The programming for home gameday weekends (Thursday to Sunday) is still being finalized to ensure the best experience for all owners. Transportation will be provided to the football games.

The site features a restaurant serving a classic American menu with breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with a coffee shop/cafe for lighter fare. Owners can also enjoy access to a fully equipped fitness room and a pool, clubhouse, whiskey lounge, cigar lounge (dedicated smoking room), & additional areas, and programming (e.g., meet-and-greets with coaches and players, university speaker series, sports business, etc.).

Curated furniture packages to be available for buyers to purchase for their unit to be in the rental pool. Each unit includes high-quality Smeg appliances known for their stylish design and functionality. The units boast 10-foot ceilings, and floor plans include 1, 2, and 3-bedroom options.

Yes, pets are allowed on the property at Alum Tuscaloosa.

Each residence is allocated one parking space per bedroom. There will be valet service available, though self-parking is also allowed. Guests can park in the garage, with the option to choose between self-parking or valet services.

ALUM Tuscaloosa holds a hotel license, allowing nightly rentals 365 days a year. Owners in the rental pool will profit share the revenue the community makes for each night an owner keeps their unit available for guest stays. The better the property does the better each owner in the rental pool does!

Yes. Though, there will be additional restrictions for owners planning to contribute their unit to the hotel rental pool.

The projected monthly dues range from $350 to $600. The COA monthly dues cover common area maintenance, security, valet parking, and essential hotel services. In addition, it is expected that there will be a reserve contribution from each owner to maintain and grow the reserve balance of the community. Club membership is also included as an owner of a residence at Alum Tuscaloosa.
